TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. t/a BSI Merch, our registered address in England and Wales is Cwm, 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, we operate https://ukstore.littlesimz.com .

To access the exclusive ticket sale for Little Simz's performances in the UK and Ireland, you must pre-order ‘Lotus’ in any format from the Little Simz Store and / or submit your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 2PM BST on Monday April 7th 2025.

No purchase is necessary. The ticket code will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Codes DO NOT guarantee tickets.
You will receive your ticket code via email on Tuesday April 8th by 6 PM GMT, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website (HERE) where you can redeem the ticket code to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The ticket code gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.

Ticket presale details:

Preorder window closes: Monday, 7th April by 2PM BST

Codes sent out: Tuesday, 8th April by 6PM BST

Album preorder presale/ O2 presale: Wednesday, 9th April (48 hours) 

Local promoter presale: Thursday, 10th April 

General onsale: Friday, 11th April

A maximum of six tickets may be purchased per code.

Key Terms for Presale Access:

Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only.
To receive presale access, you must have pre-ordered ‘Lotus’ in any format from the Little Simz Store, or submitted your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 2 PM BST on Monday April 7th. No purchase is necessary.
If you haven't received your presale email on Tuesday April 8th by 6 PM BST, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: littlesimzticketpresale@bsimerch.com .

The ticket code can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. For any issues regarding ticket purchases, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

Purchase Limits and Restrictions:

Maximum of 6 tickets per code.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the high demand, tickets are not guaranteed.
Ticket presale begins on Wednesday April 9th at 9 AM local and general sale begins on Friday April 11th.
Ticket codes are valid only for specific dates and locations and cannot be transferred. You will not receive additional access codes for placing multiple orders.

Ticket Provider:

Tickets will be available for purchase via See Tickets beginning on Wednesday April 9th. We recommend opening a GigsAndTours account and signing in ahead of the presale to expedite the process. If you do not already have a GigsAndTours account, you can create one here.

Accessible Tickets:

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

By pre-ordering ‘Lotus’ or by registering to receive a ticket code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
